Exchanging or Returning an Item?

Not quite what you needed? Not a problem. Simply send your items back within 5 days from the receiving date. For more information see the details below.

There is a 5-day return/exchange policy for all purchases from this website as long as the items are in as-new, unworn and unaltered condition. Wig Grips and Wig Caps must be in unopened original packaging. The 5-day return policy begins when your item is received from the shipping carrier, and includes weekends. Bimz Hair uses a tracking system for all items shipped.

(All purchases made in a Bimz Hair Showroom are exchange only, within 5-days of purchase.)

Wigs must be shipped back to Bimz Hair within 5 days of receipt in the original packaging, with tags attached, to qualify for return/exchange.

Please log into your account, or if you checked out as a guest, email info@bimzhair.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please insert a copy of the RMA with the wig.

A customer service representative will be in contact with you once the item is received and inspected to process the return/exchange.
